We are located in the medical office building adjacent to Swedish Medical Center.

Parking
Free valet parking is available in front of the building. Free covered parking is available in the parking garage across the street. See map below.

If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

If you have an urgent health issue during our office hours, call us at (303) 788-5483.

If our office is closed and your issue cannot wait until the next business day, call our answering service at
(303) 762-2897. The doctor on call will be notified by the answering service.

Insurance Billing

For your convenience, we accept most major insurance plans. For all other insurance plans, payment at time of service is appreciated. We will work with you on billing questions and set up payment plans as needed.

Prescription Refills

Please call your pharmacist to request a refill for your prescription.
We will refill prescriptions only during office hours. We do not fill prescriptions in the evenings or on weekends because your chart is not available when we are out of the office. Be sure to plan ahead for your prescription refill.

Hospitals

Inpatient hospital care, surgeries and deliveries are done at Swedish Medical Center or Littleton Adventist Hospital, based on patient preference and insurance requirements. Check with your insurance company to see which hospitals accept your insurance plan.
