Our Main office is located in the medical office building
adjacent to Swedish Medical Center. Free valet parking is available
in front of the building and free covered parking is available across the street. See map below.
Our Satellite Office is located at the corner of South Wadsworth Blvd.and Bowles in the HealthOne
Health Park Complex. It is in close proximity to Southwest Plaza Shopping Mall.
